Halsbåndet har et justerbart, så det kan sidde rigtig godt, og er derfor også egnet til de mindre hunde. Halsbåndet er blødt og i behageligt matriale, der gør det mere behageligt for hunden.

When you first get your Infin8, take a little time to read the instructions and to understand the full possibilities of this halter. You will need to adjust it to carefully fit your dog in order to get the best from the Infin8, but you will be well rewarded. It won't be long before you and your dog will be enjoying walks, with your dog accepting and respecting your fingertip control. (Se vejledning forneden)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
When working a dog on the Infin8, only light to medium pressure is required on the lead and remember to reward your dog for good behaviour. Some people have been concerned about the possibility of neck strain from sudden lead pulls while using a halter, because the Infin8 attaches at the back of the dog’s neck, there is no rotation strain on the head - so this is not a concern with the Infin8.

If your dog pulls while wearing the Infin8, apply pressure to the lead, then release, pressure, then release (don’t allow yourself to get into a “tug of war” match with your dog). The moment your dog stops pulling, praise and reward the behaviour. After your dog learns not to pull on the lead and consistently walks on a loose lead, you can start to ease some pressure off the Nose Band by making it a little longer. If the pulling starts again, you’ve gone to far, to quickly. Work in slow steps, gradually lengthening the Nose Band, checking your dog is consistently walking on a loose lead and remembering to reward and praise your dog for good behaviour.

Don’t leave the Infin8 Halter on your dog once you are finished and Don’t tether your dog wearing a Halter.

The Infin8 give you powerful control over your dog and some dog resist this at first, it’s like throwing a tantrum when they don’t get what they want. If this happens it is best to ignore this behaviour, choose fun and engrossing things to do to distract your dog from focusing on the halter. Use food, or other rewards as your dog accepts wearing and walking on the Infin8. It won’t take long before you and your dog will both be enjoying walks, with your dog accepting and respecting your control.
